Foodplan

Preface
This foodplan should be considered as a general guideline. Based on the Moermantherapy. The doctors cooperating in the Association of Non-Toxic-Tumor-Therapy (ANTTT) have adapted this foodplan to the latest scientific insight.
The doctors may deviate from it to suit the individual.

Protein
No meat, fish or poultry. Only after consultation with a ANTTT doctor might be deviated from this advice.
Meat broth
Allowed if biologic, but remove fat. Do not eat the meat. Broth of marrowbone is allowed.
Eggs
May be eaten daily. Soft boiled. In sauces use by preference uncooked egg-yolk.
Dairy products
No milk. Only to be used in porridge after consultation with the doctor.
Buttermilk. Allowed up to half a litre a day.
Yoghourt. Only biologic or biogarde.
Cheese. Young, low-salt, not fat(max 20%), or Moerman cheese.
Soft curd cheese. Only with good appetite.
Butter, a little. Unsalted.
No cream and sourcream.
Fruit and fruitjuices
Daily as much as one wishes, preferably varied. Minimum: 3 pieces.
Fruitjuice: max 200cc, preferably freshly pressed.
Especially recommended for juice: lemon, grapefruit, apple, and oranges.
Recommended fresh fruit: pineapple, grapefruit, kiwi, avocado, mango and papaya.
Subtropical fruits
Allowed in moderation, for example non sulphured apricots and raisins. Also dried or fresh figs, but no candied fruits like dates.
Vegetables
Daily up to 1000 grams (it also can be pressed as juice). Recommended vegetables: broccoli, cabbages, soya beans, pulse, tomatoes, carrots, beetroot, onions and garlic.
Vegetable soups
Any vagetables, including pea soup with carrots, onions and other vegetables. Tomato-soup, (especially with prostate cancer), is recommended to be eaten frequently, for example with bread. For a change lentil soup with vegetables is permitted.
Vegetable juices
All vegetables can be pressed for juices, especially when appetite is poor. Preferably carrots and red beets.
Potatoes
Allowed twice or three times a week. Ecologic potatoes boiled unpeeled; others to be peeled. Potatoes may also be added to vegetable dishes.
Pulse; any kind permitted.
Soy products
Tofu, tahu, soyamilk, soya yoghourt only after consultation with the doctor.
Mushrooms
May be used moderately, only organically-grown.
Cereals
Bread; wholewheat, preferably organically-grown, without fat. Either yeast or sourdough.
Moerman bread.
Rice; unpolished rice.
Flour products
Only wholewheat.
Spaghetti and macaroni moderately, only wholewheat.
Other cereals Millet, Oats, (muesli and oatmeal), rye (knäckebrot), maize, barley, buckwheat.
Germinated seeds and grains
Germinated seeds and grains are excellent food. Tools and instructions for germinating can be had in health shops.
Oil
To be used freely, but only cold pressed. For example linseed oil, olive oil (also for quick cooking), also salad dressing with apple vinegar or lemon, safflower oil, sasame oil, sunflower oil. Peanut oil and aragis oil are not allowed.
Nuts
Allowed. Especialy hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts. No peanuts.
Seeds
Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseed and sesameseeds.
Herbs and spices
Any herbs are allowed, even recommended. Spices in general not allowed.
Honey
Of good quality, one to two teaspoons daily.
Sugar
No refined sugar and sugar replacements.
Salt
No salt, except in bread and cheese.
Canned food
Not permitted.
Coffee and tea
Coffee and tea (fruit/grain) coffee occaionally; consult your doctor. Tea, especially greentea, or biologic tea.
Herbal tea permitted.
Cocoa
No cocoa.
Water
Only good mineralwater from glass bottles, or well filtered water.
Additives
Only natural flavouring, colouring, smelling and conservatives.
Biological, dynamic/organic products
There are always preferred.
Wine and beer
No beer. One glass good quality or organic wine allowed. Drink wine preferably during meals or with sleeping problems before the night.

Preparing of meals
Baking, frying, sautéing only in olive oil or with little butter. Briefly. Onions and other vegetables may also be prepared in a wok. No deep-freeying.
Cooking and steaming briefly.
No microwave.

General advice
Uncooked vegetables; 500 to 1000 grams a day. If this proves to be too much make juice of the remainder by pressing.
Chew properly.
Do not consume any products that do not agree with you.
Don't re-heat cooked foot.
Take much excercise, but don't overdo it. Minimum one our a day, in fresh air.
